These are not all of my friends--obviously! They are (with the exception of
Flo) people who have their own web pages or sites, or their own blogs that I
could link to. If you, dear visitor-friend, have a site as well--I'd love to
know the address and link to it from here!
Flo
This
is Florina, my girlfriend, fiancée, label her what you will--she is all mine! :)
This is actually true in the only sense we can, in fact, have someone:
without owning them. We are on a trek together, and, to quote the big
multinational's slogan--we are "lovin' it!" (Click
here to see where that came from.) No home page for her yet, but she
does show up in quite a few of the pictures in my
photo album
as well as hers:
FloParaiac,
FloParaiac1 and
FloParaiac2
contain lots of pictures of (mostly) our travels during her exchange year in
Romania (2004-2005).

Alex
This is my cousin
Alex. His site is here,
and includes some pretty pictures of him and his 'gang', in a very Flash-y
manner (Macromedia
Flash-enabled, that is).
|
Chip
or
Ciprian Adam as he's
known in the better circles of Timisoara academia.
Orhideus is a sort of
virtual alter-ego of his who offers all kinds of cool web services, and who made
Romania famous through sites such as
www.tuica.go.ro (for those who don't know, tuica
[pronounced tzooyka] = firewater, or
eau-de-vie, depending on your perspective).

Cris
This is a very special old friend of mine. We've known each other for a long
time... too long, actually! :) In truth, he is the closest I have to a brother.
Even if he is a bit of a weird one! Along with the dark and very strange (even
pretentious?) side of his
blogging
goes a positive and bright side of his personality. You really gotta look for it
sometimes, but it's there.

Dana
Dana was outraged at not
having been included on this page. Well, OK, but you don't have a website--so
what do I link to? She didn't care. OK, I
thought.
|
Dani K
My buddy
Dani keeps a
couple of odd blogs with photos that he takes with his very expensive camera.
(He does seem to like expensive things in general, yes.)
One about places he's
been visiting (and there are a lot of those), and
another about daily
experiences (though this seems to be more focussed on the inside of his head,
rather than anything else). Follow the link to his home page to also find a
very, very nicely-designed site about his
pomelo obsession (click on the
word 'pomelo').

Lisa
Lisa, or KumaLisa as she likes to be known in reference to the old Bulgarian
tale of a fox, is a bit of a rebel (and more). The "Don" part of
Par-Don collaborative, she
is an artist whose olden-days shows include one called Iconoclasm and who
has more recently concerned herself with such things as
Better Homes
& Guardians--The Domestic Frontier of Homeland Security.

Marre
Sporting
a home page produced
using her self-made photos, Marre lives up to her title of official photographer
of the Impalla programme
(Luxembourg 2003-2004). But there's a lot more to her than meets the eye:
have a look for
yourself! |
Olivier
Olivier
is an Impalla (2004) who visited me in the summer of 2004. In truth, I think he
enjoyed it, but if you click here you will see what I understood of his visit,
which prompts me to believe he is no longer all that fond of me, his... "former
friend" (to quote someone dear to us both :-) ). |
Raz
Top software engineer. Harvard graduate. So what's he doing
writing so
eloquently and almost poetically about life (+the Universe +everything)? I enjoy
Razvan's blog
very much, I hope you will too.

I also have an
Orkut profile, where you can
see more of the people I know. Sign yourself up or log in if you're already a
