Experience means learning how to do things better all the time. I have been fortunate enough not only to train students in an academic setting but also to work with people on very practical issues in real-world settings. Over time, I have gathered expertise in the following areas:

• Marketing research and consulting,
• Marketing training, developed experience in marketing training for IT specialists,
• Distance education systems (methodological and technical know-how, including deployment).

I can provide support in any and all of the above areas, customized to your organization's needs. I work closely with other consultants specializing in various areas of business and NGO (including public organization) development and training, which essentially means that further expertise and support is only a phone call or email away.

Language Services

I am also an experienced freelance translator specialising in professional Romanian-to-English translations, usually working for large corporate clients. More often than not, my tasks amount to trans-creation, rather than simple translation. I'm also excellent with deadlines, conforming to standards and using specialist terms, all the while providing consistency across different documents for each client. The documents Martyn talks about are indeed varied, with the vast majority of them carrying the names and brands of large, multinational and global companies.

Proofreading, checking and editing academic (research) papers (preferably in the social sciences, including but not limited to Economics, Business and Sociology) is also part of what I do.
